Prof. Galina V. Merzlyakova, Rector of the Udmurt State University (UdSU) is the legal representative of UdSU.

In its development strategy UdSU is committed to internationalisation of all aspects of the university life. UdSU has established academic and research partnership with various HEIs in Europe, North and South America, Asia. Involvement in various international projects (e.g. under Tempus, INTAS and Erasmus Mundus), as well as successful implementation of international bilateral partnerships have enabled UdSU to enhance the international dimension in academic and research activities. Being a member of several international university associations (Eurasian Universities Association, Association of Finno-Ugric Universities), UdSU enjoys unique networking opportunities through exchange of experience and mutual learning.

Now EU studies in our university are conducted from philological, economic, historical and political points of view mainly.
The communicative aspects of European experience of innovative culture and IP relations were not studied in UdSU yet.
European and Russian experience of innovative culture and intellectual property (IP) relations is studied in ISC now.
So comparison with European experience and application of the EICIPRC module results in ISC will increase the capacity for renewal of our knowledge of innovations and IP.
